CONSIGNMENT POLICY

At Madame N Luxury, we offer consignment services for luxury fashion items that are in excellent condition. Consignment is a sustainable way for our clients to sell their unused or gently used designer items, while allowing other fashion enthusiasts to own high-end pieces at an affordable price.

The following are our consignment policy guidelines:

STEP-1

Consignment items must be authentic luxury fashion items from recognized designers. The consignor will be required to send proofs for authenticity verification.

All items must be in excellent condition and have no visible signs of wear or damage.

The consignment period is 90 days, and the selling price will be determined based on the original price, condition, and market demand. Once everything is agreed upon, the store will issue a proof of consignment for the consignor.

The consignor will receive a mutually agreed-upon percentage of the selling price for each item sold.

If an item remains unsold after 90 days, it is the consignor’s responsibility to contact the store to either renew the consignment period or retrieve the unsold items (please bring the proof of consignment along with you).

At Madame N Luxury, , we reserves the right to accept or decline any consignment items, based on our discretion and expertise. Madame N Luxury also reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

PERSONAL SHOPPER POLICY

At Madame N Luxury, we offer personal shopper services for luxury fashion items. Personal shopping is a great way for our clients to receive personalized recommendations and secure highly sought-after designer items, ensuring they are the first to receive them upon arrival.

The following are our personal shopper policy guidelines:

STEP-1

Personal shopping requests must be for authentic luxury fashion items from recognized designers.

The customer must pay a deposit equal to 50% of the total price upfront. The remaining 50% of the total price must be paid at the time of purchase or completion of the service.

Personal shopping purchases are not allowed to be cancelled once the order has been confirmed and payment has been processed. The deposits are not refundable in all circumstances.

Personal shopping items are subject to availability, and Madame N Luxury reserves the right to cancel a personal shopping request if the item becomes unavailable.

All personal shopping purchases are a one-time deal, and no returns or exchanges will be accepted unless the item is severely damaged or defective (in any case, the customer must contact our staff within 48 hours of receiving the item).

The price of spa services will vary depending on the item and the requested services

To request a spa service, please contact us through our website, Line, Instagram, or by phone to send us some photos of your items.

We will then tell you the estimated price for the service.

If we are unable to complete the requested spa services, or if additional services are required, we will contact you to discuss options and any additional costs.

We are not responsible for any damage or wear if the damage or wear was not present prior to the service.

Our team of experts is dedicated to providing you with the best possible service and restoring your luxury fashion items to their original condition.
